h&h provide a full bookkeeping service which includes:-
Using the latest sage accounts software package; Giving a full audit trail as entries cannot be subsequently deleted.

Sage is accepted and preferred by HMRC 

This can assists and speed up a tax enquiry, with your permission we give HMRC the sage data disk during the enquiry and they can view the bookkeeping accuracy to their satisfaction

We operate various services within the bookkeeping Department:

Bureau Service

This includes receiving the paperwork and bank statements
h&h raising your sales invoices on your headed notepaper 
Sending out the invoices to your clients
Debt chasing and strategic advice on difficult payers
h&h can have (information only rights) on your online bank account
This system works well on direct banking from the clients (BACs)
Recording of all sales and purchase invoices 
Aged debt and purchase ledger control
Bank reconciliation
Online vat service
Completion of vat returns

Management accounts produce on a monthly or quarterly basis
