Commercial Lending:

If you are considering borrowing commercially , then you should talk initially to your own bankers where you will already have a track record . After all , whilst you may lend money to someone you don’t know you would feel a lot more comfortable lending to somebody that you do !

This would always be my first suggestion but having said that , there are ways to raise finance from other lending sources.

I have considerable experience in commercial lending having worked for a high street bank for over 40 years , the majority of this locally and would be pleased to discuss with you any proposition that you may be considering.
